Definitions & Interpretation
“Platform” shall mean the website located at the following url only: www.3team.cricket;
“Prize” shall mean the three autographed shirts - one from each of the teams, signed by the players in that team, as is more fully set out in paragraph 4 below;
“Promoter” or “3TC” shall mean shall mean Asem Bike (Pty) Limited t/s 3TC, a private company with limited liability with its principle address at 161 Loop Street, Cape Town, South Africa;
“Promotion” shall mean the [3TC refer a Friend];
“Promotion Period” shall mean from Wednesday 17 June 2020 until 23h59 (SAST), to Sunday the 9th of August 2020 23h59 (SAST).
“Qualifying Participant” shall mean any participant in the Promotion whom qualifies for the Prize by adhering to the Entry and Eligibility provisions of participation as set out in these Terms and Conditions;
“Winning Participant” shall mean those Qualifying Participants whom win a Prize in the Promotion as described in paragraph 3 below.
Entry & Eligibility:
The Promotion is open to members of the public (“Participants”) and Participants shall be automatically entered into the Promotion on submission of their entry.
Participants seeking entry into the Promotion must register on the Platform (by providing at minimum their surname and email address) and refer someone who has not previously registered with 3TC on the Platform during the Promotion Period.

If the person who was referred by the Participants in-turn registers on the Platform during the Promotion Period, the referrer will be deemed a Qualifying Participant and entered into the promotional draw to win a Prize.
A Participant who refers other will not gain a qualifying entry in the Promotion if he/she or the referred person:

does not register their details on the Platform;

is already registered with 3TC prior to the referral; or
-
opts-out of receiving any marketing or further communication from 3TC [or its third party partners];

No late entries shall be accepted.
3TC or its agents may contact Participants in order to verify whether Promotion entries are valid or not.
3TC, Cricket South Africa, their directors, members, partners, employees, agents or consultants, any suppliers of goods or services in connection with this Promotion, or any other person who directly or indirectly controls or is controlled by the above named parties and their respective spouses, life partners, business partners or immediate family members are not eligible as a Winning Participant in this Promotion.
Determination of Winners
The Winning Participants shall be determined by a random computer draw from the entries received from Qualifying Participants within seven (7) days of the conclusion of the Promotion Period.
3TC or its agents shall attempt to contact the Winning Participants via the email address and/or other information provided by the Participant in entering the Promotion.
3TC reserves the right to re-draw a Prize in the event that a Winning Participant has not responded to three (3) attempts by 3TC to communicate with him/her.
No Prize will be awarded unless or until verification of the Winning Participant is made by the 3TC and 3TC is satisfied, in its absolute discretion, that the criteria for winning the Prize and the Promotion’s Terms & Conditions have been met.
3TC’s decision is final.
3TC reserves the right to request proof of identity and proof of residency from any Prize winner. Proof of identity includes but is not limited to a valid driver’s licence, identity document, passport and/or bank account details.
Prize
The Prizes include:

3 autographed shirts from The Solidarity Cup - one from each team, signed by the captain of that team.
The Prizes are not transferable and accordingly may not be exchanged for their cash value.
The name and photograph of the Winning Participants awarded Prizes may be posted on the Platform and on 3TC’s social media channels.
General Terms and Conditions
Participation in the Promotion is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms & Conditions by the Qualifying Participant or, in the case of a Qualifying Participant under the age of 18, his or her legal guardian.
Should there be a dispute, a Qualifying Participant is entitled to make representations in writing to 3TC during the Promotion Period. 3TC shall consider such representations and notify the Qualifying Participant in writing as to the decision taken in respect of the dispute. 3TC’s decision in this regard shall be final and binding. No reasons shall be required in respect of such decision and no further correspondence will be entered into.
3TC reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to change the Terms & Conditions without prior notice and at its discretion or extend, postpone or discontinue the Promotion at any time.
3TC reserves the right to withdraw this Promotion without notice in the event of force majeure. For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions an event of force majeure shall include but not be limited to any event beyond the reasonable control of a party, including but not limited to war, earthquakes, pandemic, disease, disasters, calamities, strikes or similar circumstances (including any threat of any of the aforegoing).
By reading and accepting these Terms and Conditions, the Qualifying Participant gives consent to any risks and hereby indemnifies and holds harmless 3TC and its agents; their directors, employees and agents of any and all liability pertaining to any damage, cost, injuries and losses of whatever nature, including for any loss, injury, defect in prizes, sustained as a result of their participation in the Promotion and related events and activities, save where such damage, cost, injuries and losses are sustained as a result of the gross negligence or wilful misconduct of any indemnified party.
3TC shall respect the confidentiality of all Participants' personal information and will not sell or distribute such information to any other party without the explicit consent of the Participants, except where required to do so by law.
By participating in this competition, each Qualifying Participant consents to (i) the processing of his/her personal information by 3TC, any of their operators, commercial partners, agents and sub-contractors (who may be outside South Africa) on the condition that they will keep such information confidential; (ii) the collection of a Qualifying Participant’s personal information from any other source to supplement the personal information which 3TC has regarding a Qualifying Participant; (iii) the retention of a Qualifying Participant’s personal information for as long as permitted for legal, regulatory, fraud prevention and marketing purposes.
A Winning Participant may be required to take part in publicity and participation in this Promotion is conditional upon agreement to take part in such publicity. A Winning Participant will not be entitled to any payment or remuneration for any such publicity or otherwise. All and any materials, including publicity materials, will be the sole property of 3TC.
Under no circumstances shall 3TC be liable to anyone for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the negligence or wilful conduct of any third party which may be suffered in relation to the Promotion.
3TC may refuse to award a Prize to any Qualifying Participant if, in 3TC’s sole opinion, that Participant has violated these Terms & Conditions or has gained an unfair advantage whilst participating in the Promotion.
The Prize is received and accepted entirely at the Winning Participant’s own risk.

The laws of the Republic of South Africa govern this promotion and these terms and conditions.
